Before live e-CF activation
Each issuer brings its own fiscal identity.
Digital signature, RNC/Cédula, DGII authorization readiness, and the issuer's own Gotham username, token, and ID are required. Feliz Hosting stores and uses those credentials only inside that tenant's guarded integration.
Certificate and assisted-onboarding costs are quoted separately until supplier pricing is finalized.
