Clear control over customer information.
This notice explains what Feliz Hosting collects, why it is used, who can receive it, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
Who controls the information
MFFeliz Hosting SRL, RNC 132999942, C/ Progreso #171, La Capitalita, Nagua, Dominican Republic, operates the Feliz Hosting service. Privacy and accessibility requests may be made through Support.
Information and purposes
We use account identity and contact details to manage the customer relationship; fiscal and billing details to quote, invoice, collect and meet legal obligations; service and infrastructure details to provision, secure, support and monitor hosting; support communications to resolve requests; and security logs to prevent abuse and investigate incidents. We do not collect card credentials on the Feliz Hosting invoice page.
Legal bases and necessary processing
Depending on location and context, processing is based on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with tax and accounting duties, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent only where the law requires a genuine optional choice. Refusing information necessary to bill or provide a service may prevent that transaction.
Data minimization and account isolation
We limit collection to information needed for the stated purpose. My Account is ownership-scoped so authenticated customers can view only records assigned to their account. Employee access is permission-controlled and limited by job responsibilities.
Payment providers and recipients
If PayPal is selected, the payment amount and transaction context are sent to PayPal under its own privacy terms; payment credentials are entered with PayPal. Bank-receipt evidence is available only for eligible local transfers and is restricted to authorized finance review. Hosting, domain, security, email and infrastructure providers receive only the information required to perform the selected service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
Hosting and payment suppliers may process information in other countries. Where transfer rules apply, we use the provider and contractual safeguards appropriate to the service and jurisdiction and limit the transferred fields to what is needed.
Retention
Account and service records are retained while the relationship is active and afterward only as required for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, security and legal obligations. Support and technical records are reviewed against their operational need. Payment evidence is retained only for reconciliation and required financial records. When a retention purpose ends, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of.
Security
Controls include encryption in transit, restricted credentials, least-privilege access, customer ownership rules, protected backups, monitoring, audit evidence and security updates. No system can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and notifications are made when applicable law requires them.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, information about disclosure, withdrawal of optional consent, or an appeal of a privacy-request decision. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights. Some records cannot be deleted while a legal retention duty or active dispute applies. EU/EEA individuals may also complain to their competent supervisory authority; U.S. state residents may exercise rights available under their state law.
Accessibility
We aim to make account and payment services usable with keyboards, assistive technology, sufficient contrast and reduced-motion preferences. If a feature is inaccessible, contact Support for an alternative and remediation.
Requests and verification
Use Support and identify the request as “Privacy” or “Accessibility.” We may verify identity and account authority using proportionate information before disclosing or changing records. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits it.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. This notice describes operational practices and does not waive rights provided by applicable law.
