Clear terms for your Odoo workspace.
These terms explain the trial, billing, activation, support, and responsibilities for the Feliz Hosting managed Odoo service.
1. Provider and scope
MFFeliz Hosting SRL, RNC 132999942, provides hosting and managed operation of the selected Odoo workspace. The applicable plan, cycle, users, extensions, taxes, and price are those shown in the customer order and invoice.
2. Trial and continuity
The standard trial lasts seven calendar days and is limited to one trial per RNC or cédula unless Billing authorizes an exception. A trial creates no purchase obligation. After payment, the customer continues with the same eligible workspace, inventory, and configuration; a replacement island is not silently created.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in DOP for the selected monthly or annual cycle. Applicable ITBIS is included or identified in the commercial document. An order or PayPal reference is not confirmed payment: activation requires authoritative, reconciled evidence. Card details are entered with PayPal and are not stored on this page.
4. Activation and electronic invoicing
Provisioning begins after authorized payment confirmation and completion of required information. The electronic-invoicing extension is separate from the base Odoo plan. Issuing e-CF requires the taxpayer to satisfy DGII requirements, including applicable authorization, digital certificate, and certification process; Feliz Hosting does not represent an unauthorized workspace as an approved issuer.
5. Isolated workspace, access, and security
Each customer receives account, data, inventory, and role boundaries. Customers must protect credentials, maintain authorized users, and report suspected access. Remote support or a technical connector uses bounded, auditable, revocable access and does not grant unrestricted access by default.
6. Acceptable use and cooperation
The service may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious distribution, rights violations, or unlawful activity. Customers must provide accurate information, respond to reasonable security requests, and maintain their fiscal and commercial authorizations.
7. Availability, incidents, and credits
Incidents are investigated through monitoring and tickets. An interruption credit is not issued automatically: Billing or management must validate scope, duration, cause, exclusions, and amount before applying it to future invoices. Credit is not converted to cash unless agreed in writing.
8. Support, changes, and suspension
Support is provided through published channels and according to the active plan. Material changes outside scope may require a separate quotation. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, infrastructure, or compliance for abuse, critical risk, or nonpayment, with notice when reasonably possible.
9. Cancellation, data, and export
Customers may request cancellation through Support and should download available exports before termination. Return, retention, and deletion of data follow the order, privacy notice, tax duties, and any retention needed for disputes, security, or law.
10. Privacy, records, and acceptance
The privacy notice explains information handling. When the customer continues, the system retains this terms version, a cryptographic digest, language, timestamp, protected source fingerprint, and accepted notice routes as operational evidence of consent.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are interpreted under applicable mandatory laws of the Dominican Republic. Rights that cannot be waived prevail. Material changes receive a new version and do not silently replace evidence of an earlier acceptance.
12. Contact
Service, billing, privacy, or accessibility questions may be submitted through Support. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue.
